Scott is a senior executive with extensive experience in building & scaling businesses in a high-growth environment. He has leadership experience across various disciplines: supply chain operations, P&L leadership, and marketing functions.
Before running Omnichannel Fulfillment and Athlete Service at DSG, Scott was the VP of Service at massive eCommerce clothing store ModCloth. There he was responsible for building the service function for one of the nation's fastest-growing e-retail companies, including leading various areas of team development, service innovation & customer post-purchase experience, process scale & innovation, cost management & capital infrastructure investments.
Morris has held 6 roles during his 15-year tenure at DSG – from strategic planning & process development to web promotions & analytics, and now eCommerce & supply chain.
As an analytical leader & trusted business partner, Morris effectively balances significant top-line growth while driving expanding profit margins. He has been noted for Driving Digital Commerce Growth, Global Leadership & Data Analytics. He has a passion for merging his extensive financial expertise with business strategy & operations. Morris was also an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.
