Our team has an ongoing internal huddle throughout the year: a team meeting where we share the most disruptive and exciting startups and emerging technologies from around the world. The only rule is that they can’t solve a current client challenge directly. This way, we retain our superpower of spotting creative adjacencies and disruptive outer-horizon solutions.

In celebration of National Dairy Month, we took a look at a short list of startups reimagining dairy.

- [Dairy Dirt](https://www.dairydirt.com/) produces a ♻️ sustainable alternative to traditional lawn 🌱 products, aids growth and soil health, made from 100% processed dairy manure from Vermont farms.
- [Medlee Foods](https://medleefoods.com/products/unsalted-farmhouse-butter/) creates Farmhouse 🧈 Butter, steeped in the European tradition of butter made using 🐄 whey that comes from the cheese-making 🧀 process. This whey is a byproduct of the dairy ♻️ cycle, which means it’s highly 🌾 artisanal and upcycled.
- [Bobbie](https://www.hibobbie.com/) is the first and only mom-founded and 💁🏽‍♀️ women-led infant formula 🍼 company in the U.S. The first European-style, organic 🌿 infant formula that meets FDA ✅ standards and is made with pasture-raised 🐄 milk from Organic Valley farms.
