“The reality is that Latinas are the worst represented on corporate boards. I think the number is 1 or 2%. Latinos generally, I don't even think we hit the 5% combined. And we're 18% of the population. And to me, what company is in an industry that is not going to have to address our market and its unique features? It just doesn't exist. So why shouldn't there be a voice that understands this market there."
